Fat Leaves

Um, so... while washing the lettuce--or, more specifically, the Trader Joe's Organic Romaine Hearts--for my lunch this morning, I glanced at the nutrition facts.

6 leaves and 20 calories in each serving? Sounded good to me, especially since I would be using hummus instead of salad dressing. And then, just for kicks, I kept reading.

0.5g total fat.

What? How absurd is that? By eating 6 leaves of romaine lettuce hearts, I intake 1% of my recommended daily amount of fat? Seriously, fat needs to be saved for foods other than those commonly enjoyed by both humans and rabbits.

Someone needs to explain this to me, because a precursory look on Google hasn't helped.
